Some experts believe that there are three trends in the development of intelligent manufacturing in China, namely, enterprises transform to system solution providers, production is more flexible and customized, and "Internet plus" promotes the transformation of value chain to value network.


1、 Intelligent manufacturing equipment enterprises are gradually transitioning towards system solution suppliers


Overall, the development of intelligent manufacturing in China is still in the stage of application popularization, and the popularization rate of digital R&D and design tools and the CNC rate of key processes in enterprises need to be further improved. And facing increasingly diverse and personalized customer needs, a single application of intelligent manufacturing equipment can no longer meet market development needs. Therefore, in the future, equipment manufacturing enterprises will continue to strengthen collaborative innovation with system solution suppliers, enhance the supply capacity of intelligent manufacturing integrated solutions, and provide manufacturing enterprises with intelligent, flexible, and customized system solutions for production.


2、 Transformation of production mode towards more flexible and customized direction


With the continuous increase in production process costs, manufacturing enterprises urgently need to improve the flexibility of their production processes, improve production efficiency and product yield by using more precise, miniaturized, integrated, and collaborative intelligent manufacturing equipment such as high-end CNC machine tools, collaborative robots, new sensors, and additive manufacturing.


Under the trend of deep integration of new technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, and additive manufacturing with traditional manufacturing, many new products, models, and formats have been derived, promoting the development of advanced manufacturing technology towards informatization, networking, and intelligence. At the same time, it has also stimulated the personalized customization demand of consumers for products, forcing manufacturing enterprises to use more intelligent manufacturing equipment in the production process, through rapid mold changing Customized production is achieved through production methods such as single piece flow.


3、 "Internet plus" model promotes the transformation of manufacturing value chain to value network


In the context of the deepening of a new round of technological revolution based on industrial Internet, big data, cloud computing, etc., "Internet plus manufacturing" has been widely promoted in China, which will gradually change the production concept, business model and consumption model of the traditional manufacturing industry. The manufacturing value chain under the traditional production mode is one-way transmission from upstream materials and midstream manufacturing to downstream application end. The personalized needs of clients are difficult to meet. The deep integration of "Internet plus" and manufacturing can achieve two-way transmission of the manufacturing value chain, thus forming a "value network" with higher added value, and connecting all links of the industrial chain to create new development opportunities.


The Future Intelligence Laboratory is a joint research institution established by artificial intelligence experts and relevant institutions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for the intersection of artificial intelligence, the Internet, and brain science.


The main tasks of the future intelligent laboratory include: establishing an AI intelligent system intelligence evaluation system and conducting global artificial intelligence intelligence intelligence evaluation; Carry out the Internet (City) Cloud Brain Research Program, construct the Internet (City) Cloud Brain Technology and Enterprise Map, and serve to enhance the intelligence level of enterprises, industries, and cities.
