The CGH27060F is a high-performance Gallium Nitride (GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) developed by Wolfspeed . Designed for linear communication applications, this transistor delivers 60 W peak power at 28 V and operates across a broad frequency range from VHF (Very High Frequency) to 3 GHz.
