WAYON 500 V Half-Bridge IPM Family
Integrated Power Module for Energy-Efficient Motor Drives
WAYON's Half-bridge power module integrates two 500 V super-junction MOSFETs and a high-voltage gate driver chip, specifically designed for driving the motors of energy-saving fans, water pumps, refrigerator compressors, dishwashers, and other household appliances.
Each module houses two 500 V super-junction MOSFETs and a high-voltage gate driver with built-in bootstrap diode. No external driver or discrete FETs are needed, cutting BOM by 30 % and PCB area by 40 %.

Three Packages, Same Pinout Philosophy
• QFN 7 × 7-25 L – 1.2 mm profile, perfect for bladeless fans or ceiling fans with no heatsink.
• SOP-12 – 1.27 mm pitch, wave-solder friendly, accepts a small clip-on heatsink.
• ESOP-9 – Exposed pad, 1.2 Ω Rdson, delivers the lowest temperature rise when copper area is limited.

All versions share 500 V breakdown, 1.4 Ω (max) Rdson except ESOP which is 1.2 Ω.
Built-In Protection
Under-voltage lockout on both high- and low-side supplies, cross-conduction prevention, 150 °C over-temperature sense, and 50 V/ns CMTI immunity give class-leading ruggedness.
