Southwest 0.8mm Thread-In 145GHz Connector Ultra-Low VSWR
The 0.8 mm threaded connector is the latest high-performance RF connector launched by Southwest Microwave, specifically designed for ultra-high frequency (DC to 145 GHz) applications.

Insertion Loss: 0.05√f(GHz) + 0.03 dB per mated pair
RF Leakage: ≥ 100 dB shielding effectiveness (MIL-PRF-39012)
Average Power: 30 W @ 50 GHz, 10 W @ 110 GHz, 5 W @ 145 GHz
Return Loss: > 20 dB through 145 GHz (measured on 2 × mated pair)

Mating: 0.35 mm super-fine thread, 360° continuous ground
Durability: 500 mating cycles, no performance degradation
Temperature: –55 °C to +165 °C
Corrosion: 500 h salt-fog, no white rust; triple-seal design with laser-welded transition and fluorosilicone O-ring
Field Replaceable: rear-shell unscrews; center pin & Teflon support swapped in < 2 min, no de-soldering
