UMS CHA2266-99F Ku-band Low noise driver amplifier
UMS's CHA2266-99F is a self-biased, low-noise, high-gain driver amplifier. The CHA2266-99F is mainly designed based on the VSAT application requirements of the Ku band. The back of the chip is grounded simultaneously for microwave radio frequency and DC. This is conducive to optimizing the installation operation process.
CHA2266-99F adopts GaAs pHEMT process technology and features through-hole, air bridge and electron beam gate lithography technologies across the substrate.
CHA2266-99F is available in chip mode.
