(1) Housing

Material: Beryllium copper (BeCu UNS C17300), meeting ASTM B196 requirements.
Surface Treatment: Gold plating applied per ASTM B488 to minimize contact resistance and provide excellent oxidation resistance.
(3) Capture Bead
Material: ULTEM 1000 (high-performance thermoplastic), conforming to ASTM D5205.
Characteristics: High thermal stability and superior dielectric properties.
(4) Transition Block, Grounding Plate, and Threaded Clamp Ring
Material: C360 brass alloy (UNS C36000), compliant with ASTM B16.
Surface Treatment: Nickel plating per AMS 2404 to improve mechanical durability and wear resistance.
(5) Launch Pin
Material: Beryllium copper (BeCu UNS C17300), conforming to ASTM B196.
Surface Treatment: Gold plating per MIL-DTL-45204 to maintain optimal performance in high-frequency signal transmission.
(6) Transition Block Dielectric
Material: Virgin PTFE fluoropolymer, meeting ASTM D1710 Type 1, Grade 1, Class B specifications.
Properties: Low dielectric loss, making it highly suitable for high-frequency applications.
