  The TGA2239 is a high-efficiency, broadband GaN MMIC amplifier designed for satellite communications, radar, and military applications. Built on Qorvo’s 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC (QGaN15) process, it delivers >50W (47dBm) saturated output power with >36% power-added efficiency (PAE) across 13.0–15.5 GHz.
