ADI HMC205 Passive GaAs MMIC Frequency Doubler - In Stock
The ADI(Hittite) HMC205 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) passive frequency doubler designed for high-frequency wireless communication and test equipment applications. It efficiently doubles the input frequency (6–12 GHz → 12–24 GHz) while suppressing unwanted harmonics (Fo, 3Fo, 4Fo) with superior isolation.
