The HEROTEK High Sensitivity Zero-Bias Schottky Diode Detector Series is designed for precision RF and microwave power detection applications covering frequencies from 100KHz to 26.5GHz. Unlike conventional detector solutions, these detectors require no external bias supply, simplifying system integration while delivering superior sensitivity and stability.
With a typical sensitivity of 1.0mV/μW, these detectors provide approximately 3dB higher sensitivity than traditional matched zero-bias detectors. Their extremely wide dynamic range supports signal levels from 10μV to 5V, corresponding to input powers from −50dBm to +20dBm, making them ideal for both laboratory and industrial RF applications.
