GLF71431 7A Load Switch | VariRise Programmable Slew Rate Power Switch
The GLF71431 from GLF Integrated Power is a high-efficiency 7A integrated load switch designed for advanced power management systems. It incorporates VariRise™ programmable slew rate control, allowing designers to precisely adjust the output voltage ramp-up time to minimize inrush current and prevent voltage droop.
With an ultra-low 10 mΩ typical RON, the GLF71431 significantly reduces conduction losses and improves system efficiency. Its IQSmart™ technology delivers extremely low quiescent and shutdown currents, helping extend battery life in portable electronic devices.
The device also integrates an output discharge function, enabling faster discharge of the output rail when the switch is disabled.
