CHT3029-99F DC-35GHz 4-Bit Digital Attenuator GaAs MMIC UMS
The CHT3029-99F is a high-performance DC–35GHz 4-bit digital attenuator developed by UMS（United Monolithic Semiconductors）. Built using advanced GaAs pHEMT technology (0.25µm process), this MMIC device delivers excellent broadband performance, precise attenuation control, and fast switching speed, making it ideal for both military and commercial RF applications.
With a 1dB least significant bit (LSB) and a total dynamic range of 15 dB, the CHT3029-99F enables accurate signal level control across an ultra-wide frequency range from DC to 35GHz.
